Informative form for unilateral contract termination

In accordance with the Consumer protection act the buyer is entitled to terminate the contract unilaterally without specific reason within 14 days after the product delivery and in accordance with Article 77 Paragraph 5 of the Consumer protection act the buyer is responsible for every product value reduction that resulted from handling with the product. You can exchange the product you are unsatisfied with or return it with money refund within 14 days after delivery of the product to your address. To achieve the right of unilateral termination of contract, you are obliged to inform us about your intention of terminating the contract unilaterally within 14 days, by sending an unequivocal statement to the postal address Galko d.o.o., Braće Radića 43, 42231 Mali Bukovec, by fax +385 (42) 379 458 or by email info@galko.com, including your name, address, phone number, fax or email, and you can also use the attached sample of unilateral termination of contract form.

We will confirm the receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of contract without delay by email or fax.

The legal deadline for unilateral termination of contract is 14 days from the date on which you or the person designated by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

If you terminate the contract unilaterally, we shall return all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that arise from consumers choosing a different method of shipment than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of the termination of the contract. For the return of payments, we will use the same method of payment that the consumer used for the original transaction.

In case you agree to a different method of return payment, you do not bear any costs related to payment return. The payment return can be made only after the goods have been returned to us or after we have received the evidence that the goods have been sent to us.

The goods shall be returned to our claims department at the address: Galko d.o.o., Braće Radića 43, 42 231 Mali Bukovec, immediately or in any case at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the consumer informs us of the termination of contract. The deadline is considered met when the consumer sends or hands over the goods to us or the person designated by us, before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, according to Article 77, paragraph 2.

The consumer is responsible for any possible loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling that is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
